The designs for the Danube bridge at Mohács were made as part of the planning of a 2x2 lane road in the section connecting motorway M6 and Road no. 51.

The road crosses the Danube with a 2+2 lane design, the total length of the vehicular river bridge is 756 m - the bridge's superstructure consists of three network arch bridges. For environmental protection aspects, the route proposed in previous decades was modified. Our team analized the preliminary studies of the structure on the new route and prepared the permit and construction designs. The main designer of the bridge is Gábor Pál.
