The concept aims to create a more humane and liveable intermodal public transport hub, in which the integration of transport modes, the improvement of pedestrian and cycling infrastructure, the expansion of green space, and the reinforcement of the railway station's role as a new urban gateway form a coherent whole. The concept places particular emphasis on the adaptive reuse of the existing underpass, the humanisation of the bus terminal, the separation of short- and long-term parking demand, and the provision of barrier-free connectivity for active mobility modes — together establishing the conditions for the harmonious and sustainable functioning of the area.
